Subject: Current info on Brian
Here is a letter where Commander Brown States that
Brian hit an officer on the head twice with a tray.
I received mail from Brian today. Whereas Brian
wrote a request form asking to be taken off of the loaf and to have his personal
items returned to him. After the investigation, witnesses testified that Brian
was only defending himself. So Brian after being found NOT GUILTY of even
throwing a tray less know hitting an officer with one, still paid for defending
himself. He still stayed on loaf status for 7 days and is still serving 33 days
for 8 charges, listed below. Now tell me that Brian is being treated FAIRLY. All
Brian did was put his arms in front of him to block the tray that Brian was
being hit with.
Also I have located the paper that shows you that
Brian was charged with 1st degree murder and as I stated before, NO ONE WAS
SHOT.
I also have an 11 page grievance filed by Brian. it
if course was denied. I will have to type it up so you know what was said, then
I will send it to you.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Please tell me what you think.
Hugs & Prayers
Cheryl
